The MRI indicated a mass involving both frontal lobes which turned out to be a malignant glioblastoma. The symptoms would include an indifference to social amenities, inability to carry out tasks and having a placcid nature. The lesion did not impact on the visual pathway so there would not be any visual field deficits.
