Dear PRP Members; In a renewed effort to gather important facts about PRP, we are asking that our Support Group members provide information by completing our new PRP survey. This is an important undertaking and it is hoped that everyone will participate. This survey is the first of several PRP questionnaires. It is an approach designed to facilitate data gathering while maintaining a questionnaire that will be as short as possible. Privacy and confidentiality are very important and they are completely assured with this data collection. The computer system and resources for this data are located at Temple University in a secure, non-commercial environment. Results will be tabulated on a weekly basis and they will only summarize data by never identifying any individual name or email address, Results will be made available to all group participants. (Contact R. Greene if you have any questions.) At the bottom of the questionnaire, respondents will have an opportunity to suggest questions or topics for future consideration. IMPORTANT!
